My Vision – A Network Marketers Vision 2012

Allow me to share one of my business vision’s, and dreams, to better make you understand the full meaning and what impact it would have on the industry.

It starts by the simple concept if really supporting the industry that actually supports you, and will lead to your long-term success and the success of all those who choose to be a part of it.

Take a moment to reflect on the current nature of the industry we are in, ask yourself this simple question

How many network companies (besides your own) do you recommend and support?

Most Network marketers consider themselves loyal by only supporting and buying from their primary company. I ask why?

Of course I buy products from my company too, but what about all the other companies offering non-competitive products.

I believe that a true network marketer realizes the importance of being loyal to the industry, supporting the industry by being willing to refer and recommend products from other non competitive network marketing companies.

Let me elaborate my point of view here; you represent a network marketing company selling cosmetic products and someone you talking to are complaining about being in a bad shape, feeling tired all the time. Your cosmetic products will probably not help this persons problem, however if you offer your advise referring another networker’s product. This way you are not only helping this person solving his problem but you’re also supporting the industry that actually supports you.

The majority of people in the industry are very competitive, the very thought of recommending or even buying products from another network company is sacrilegious.

This arrogance is a major reason behind the tainted reputation of the industry. There are better ways well worth considering if you are serious about building a long-term successful business and reaching financial freedom.

Recently I’ve noticed that the network marketing industry has become overly competitive without sufficient reasons. Consider the fact that this industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. Instead of being concerned about any potential competition, we should be excited about the fact that the modern-day consumer is realizing the benefits of this industry and how they can actually benefit themselves both by using the products and have a side income from it.

We must embrace and support one another because the core of this industry, the very essence is that we all share a common goal, and that is to live a good quality life.

To many “People” working in the network marketing industry becomes stereotyped when their product endorsements are driven by financial incentive.

(Note that I said “People and not networkers, because a true network marketer don’t become stereotyped)

When people see your willingness to recommend products or services you have no financial gain of, you gain the most valuable thing as a network marketer. You gain creditability. Not only are we helping the consumer by solving his problem, we are also helping other businesses within the industry and helping to build the good reputation network marketing industry deserves.

My summary, as a business person I can appreciate the desire to satisfy your own business needs, but to truly do that, I ask that when the opportunity arises we must first support and be kind to the industry considering our fellow networkers. Paying it forward always pays the highest interest.
