Welcome back :-) as promised, we will digg a little deeper into Noah St. John’s recommendations. I will follow you through the process step by step.

 4 steps of doing Afformations

  1. Askinging Yourself What You Want! Too many people stop at writing out a few goals, writing some affirmation statements and repeat them daily. Great first step towards the right direction! But don’t stop at this. Take your answers to your question, (Your affirmation statements) and move on to the next step.

Affirmations method – “I am rich” – to which the mind replies “Yeah, right”

  1. Now form questions, as if what you want is already true! This step is the keystep creating Afformtaions that will change your life. Our life is a reflection of assumptions made in our subconscious. Doing this step you will change your communication with your inside inner you AND your outside you! Move on to the next step

Afformations method – “Why am I so rich?”

  1. Now Give Yourself (your mind) to the Questions – Not for the sake of finding “the answer” but for the sake of asking better questions! When doing this, our mind automatically begins to focus on what we “have” as opposed to what we don’t have”. Our minds immediately start searching for the answers and we start moving in this direction. Move on to the critical step.

 

  1. Take ACTIONS according to your new assumptions about life! Focusing on what we have opposed to what we lack, positive results naturally follow. When we subconsciously thing something won’t work – it won’t. Focusing on what we have creates genuine confidence and motivates us to ACT, which in turn creates even more confidence.

 

 

Following the Afformations Method you will form empowering questions and this way you will change your subconscious assumptions.

Now Take Control of your subconscious thoughts and mind – change the question, change your results AND change your life.

  2. Hello Gina, The mind is just everything because thoughts are things. People need to control their stinking thinking because the subconscious can’t take a joke. You’re going to become whatever you think about the most. People need to learn how to think! Great post!

  7. Great post Gina! One thing that I do is create a Vision Board and place it in fron of my bed so that I can see my goals, visions, and affirmations every night before I go to bed and every morning as soon as I wake up. I attached a pic of my Vision Board for 2012..
